These terms establish the legal framework under which you may access and use the Koodniq e-learning platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), operated by Koodniq SRL, with its registered office at Splaiul 1 Decembrie nr. 4A, bl. C, et. 8, ap. 68, Romania.

"User" means any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform's content, regardless of whether they hold an active account. "Educational Content" includes learning modules, practical exercises, video materials, work files, and any other resource made available through Python programming, JavaScript, web development courses, and data analysis workshops.

The User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update their data whenever necessary. The created account is personal and non-transferable.

Redistribution, resale, or making available to third parties of the educational content, in whole or in part, without the written consent of the Platform administrator is prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent security measures or illegally access restricted areas will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

All materials published on the Platform – texts, course structures, exercises, source code, images, and interfaces – are protected by copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Koodniq SRL or its licensed partners.

The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access the content solely for personal and educational purposes. Reproduction, adaptation, or translation of the materials without prior authorization is not permitted.

Koodniq makes reasonable efforts to keep the content updated and technically accurate, but does not guarantee that the materials cover all specific use cases or are error-free. The courses are designed for beginners and have an introductory purpose.

The Platform assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the incorrect application of the information presented, including data loss, business interruptions, or additional costs. The User is solely responsible for how they apply the knowledge acquired.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Platform. Koodniq implements standard technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including connection encryption and restricted access to databases.

In the event of a detected security breach that may affect user data, the administrator undertakes to notify the affected individuals within 48 hours of the incident being confirmed.

Koodniq reserves the right to update these terms whenever necessary, notifying users through the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new provisions.

Failure to fulfill the assumed obligations may lead to the suspension or deletion of the account, without the right to compensation. In the event of termination of the contractual relationship, the User no longer has access to the restricted course content.

Any disputes not resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, in accordance with the applicable legislation. For users outside Romania, Romanian law applies, excluding conflict of law rules.
